Info Session of Taiwan Cyber Security Innovation Mission to the Netherlands
經濟部工業局積極助台灣資安業者投入歐洲市場,其中荷蘭為擁有歐洲資通訊與互聯網運用第一名的國家。包括歐洲最大的資安聚落-荷蘭海牙”資安三角洲”擁有超過 300 名駐地合作夥伴,荷蘭成為進入歐洲資安市場的重要入口。經濟部工業局與荷蘭駐台辦事處聯手舉辦【從荷蘭看歐洲資安市場的機會與挑戰】-介紹荷蘭資安生態系統及相關資源的概況,希望透過活動,進一步激發荷蘭和台灣在資安領域的商業合作,也期待能邀請台灣廠商親訪海牙參加 One Conference 並與荷蘭在地產業夥伴及重要政府機構進行交流。
另外,本次活動特別邀請荷蘭創新園區代表介紹台灣資安公司如何利用荷蘭政府或民間資源在荷蘭發現商機與公司設立。台灣資安新創公司睿控網安 TXOne Networks 分享成立荷蘭分公司經驗、從台灣資安公司角度觀察歐洲資安市場的機會與挑戰。
最後,本次活動也將介紹荷蘭最大資安盛會-【One Conference】。該活動為荷蘭資安界年度盛事更是歐洲最重要的資安活動。針對資安領域資訊進行分享,也是最佳實踐和研究成果的重要活動。此活動出席者來自商業、科技和政府的資安專業人士得以進行跨界合作。今年舉辦時間2022/10/18(二) - 10/19(三) 在荷蘭海牙舉行。
The ONE Conference is Europe’s prime cybersecurity event. It is a leading platform for sharing knowledge, best practices and research results in the field of cybersecurity and inspires cross-border cooperation between cybersecurity professionals from business, science as well as government. This year’s edition takes place on Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19 October 2022, in The Hague - the Netherlands.
On 14 July 2022, an information session is organized by the Industrial Development Bureau and Netherlands Office Taipei along with our NL partners to provide Taiwanese government, research institutes, academics and companies a proposed program for a Taiwan Cyber Security Innovation Mission to the Netherlands. Aside, an overview of the Dutch cyber security ecosystem and related resources is being presented. We hope through this information session, we can further stimulate the joint synergy between the Netherlands and Taiwan in the field of Cyber Security and connect via knowledge, innovation and business collaborations. Above all, we are very much looking forward to facilitating a Taiwanese delegation to visit the Netherlands, related cyber security hubs and stakeholders, and take part in the 2022 ONE Conference.

Anouk performed her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Business Administration, and Chinese Economy & Business from Radboud University Nijmegen and Erasmus University Rotterdam. Shortly after she started working as officer for Innovation, Technology & Science at the Consulate-General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Shanghai (2015-2019). In 2019, she was transferred to Taiwan where she became the head of the Innovation department at the Netherlands Office Taipei, focusing on collaborations between the Netherlands and Taiwan in the fields of Innovation, Technology and Science. The target sectors include Integrated Photonics, Cyber Security, Clean Tech and Science.
Coordinator International Technology & Innovation Missions, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)
Tong Jiang is sinologist by training and has worked in Shanghai for the Dutch Consulate General and Philips Lighting (now Signify). After moving back to the Netherlands, he worked at the city of Amsterdam as policy officer before joining the International Innovation Department of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. In his current position, he is leading a small team of specialists to initiate and organize innovation missions around the world with the goal to find international co-operation partners for Dutch technology driven companies, research institutes and universities in different fields.
Business Development Coordinator Taiwan (& South-Korea), the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) helps entrepreneurs and organisations to invest, develop and expand their businesses and projects, both in the Netherlands and abroad. As Business Development Coordinator, Laisy organizes bilateral trade activities between the Netherlands and Asian markets, and she promote collective trade and innovation initiatives by setting up public-private partnerships. As a linking pin between public- and private parties, I assist Dutch businesses to realize their international ambitions with support from the Dutch government.

Security Delta
Marlou has a background in geopolitics and (cyber) conflict and governance. Currently, she works as an innovation liaison and program manager at Security Delta HSD, Europe’s largest security ecosystem. HSD provides access to knowledge, innovation, market, finance, and talent. Over 300 companies, governmental institutions, and knowledge institutes work together to accelerate innovative solutions in the broad security domain. Within HSD, she is responsible for the innovation programs on Data and Intelligence and AI for Peace, Justice and Security at HSD. She also coordinates the annual ‘International Cyber Security Summer School’ hosted in The Hague and the ‘Partners for International Business' program for cybersecurity companies.
Senior Account Manager Safety & Security, InnovationQuarter
Martijn has been working with entrepreneurs for over 15 years. First in the role of City Developer where he was responsible for selling industrial areas and guiding companies throughout the entire process. Now as an Senior Account Manager he is working with Cyber Security companies from all over the world. Half of his time he is leading the Smart & Secure Team of InnovationQuarter, the other 50% he is assisting international companies into the Dutch market, free of charge and confidentially if desired, as this is one of the three main tasks of the regional development corporation for the Western part of the Netherlands. Besides helping companies to set up shop in the Rotterdam The Hague region InnovationQuarter invests in companies with a 300million euro fund, stimulates Innovation and helps companies to do business abroad. TXOne Networks
Terence is the CEO of TXOne Networks, a joint venture company by Trend Micro and Moxa. TXOne Networks offer cybersecurity solutions to protect OT environments and industrial control systems to ensure their reliability and safety from cyberattacks and strives to secure automation and data exchange for the accelerating industrial world. Prior to TXOne Networks, Terence was the Vice President of Trend Micro. He led Trend Micro's Network Threat Defense Technology Group to expand the company’s footprint to telecommunication networks, from Premise to the Edge and to the Core, to protect the IoT devices and services. Before joining Trend Micro, Terence was the CEO of Broadweb. He defined and created its Deep-Packet-Inspection product and business and won numerous leading networking/security vendors as customers. Broadweb was finally acquired by Trend Micro in October 2013. Terence earned the PhD and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from National Tsing-Hua University and holds several patents and IEEE/ACM publications.
